The Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa is an ideal choice for families. Our room with a pullout sofa bed was perfect for our family, and the functional kitchen made our stay so convenient. The private balcony was a great spot to unwind after a day at the theme parks.

The resort is misrepresented as a "hotel" and the shuttle service to Disney has to be booked days in advance. This caused some inconvenience as we had to plan our transportation ahead of time.

I didn't eat at any of the restaurants, but the food that we had at the NAGC conference was good. The location was very good and the shower was awesome. I also love having a refrigerator in the room.

I didn't like not having a microwave and a freezer as a part of the refrigerator. The bed was not that comfortable. Also, there should be a way to get to the convention center without walking.

The 4-bedroom suite at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village And Spa was absolutely amazing! The Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom provided the perfect relaxation after a long day at the parks. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver for this busy mom of two!

Central location so close to the outlet stores. Based near alongside a shopping complex with an incredible truck food section as well as Disney and restaurants.

It is a well-maintained property located in Lake Buena Vista district near to SeaWorld and Aquatica, an outlet mall, and almost all of the best golf courses near Orlando. The venue is placed in a central position very close to parks.

Good location near major highways and attractions. Amazing pool with pirate ship and slide for kids. On-site convenience store and pub with good food. Unexpected bonus of a kitchen in the room. Clean and comfortable, despite being outdated. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Amenities such as spa, game room, and fitness center. Spacious rooms with great views and balconies.

The second Relaxation Pool offers a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of theme park adventures. It felt like finding a secluded island amidst the bustling city, where I could lose track of time and just soak up the sun. It was truly a peaceful escape.

Disappointing issues with room quality.

The hotel's location was central, to outlet shops.

Spotlessly clean property. Brand-new and nicely furnished hotel units with a spa bath. Well-mannered and thoughtful people working here. Amazing and outstanding meals.

The restaurant was lovely for the food they offered as well, I tried delicious dishes. A living room, air conditioner, and smart TVs worked well.

Staff solved my problem at night on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, fitness centre, game room, kids club. I'm coming back for my trip.

The restaurant here was awesome with bar, we both ordered healthy dishes. The room was good-sized, the location was magnificent central.
